  • Yes. We are currently not accepting patients. You can navigate to the homepage to add yourself to the waitlist via the button there.

  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.

    We require **48 hours notice** for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

    Patients who provide **less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment amount**

    **Same day, within 24 hours time frame, cancellations and no shows will be charged for 100% of the treatment** that they were booked in for. This cannot be direct billed to extended health. By booking you consent and agree with this policy.

  • A Credit Card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment

  • Hi moms! We are here for you and know how much massage can help during all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.

    We offer, and have additional training, surrounding pre-and post natal massage.

    Fun fact: we can work with your birth plan and offer massage during your labour part of labour and delivery...if interested we can discuss further at a consultation. If you have specific pregnancy massage related questions you can email us any time.

  • At your first massage therapy appointment, your RMT will develop a treatment plan specifically for you - based on the reason you have booked in for your massage.

    RMTs in British Columbia have some of the highest level of training across Canada. We have advanced training in soft tissue therapy and have many techniques available for use depending on the presenting condition.

  • We are a small business so prefer the following:
    -Debit
    -Etransfer

    We do accept most major credit cards and offer contactless payment.

    No cash is kept on premises

    Occasionally, and very rarely, problems with direct billing occur. If the system is down or undergoing maintenance, we may ask you to pay via etransfer.

  • Please arrive just 5 minutes before your appointment - your RMT will meet you at the entrance at your appointment time

  • You can park under the carport, but
    * please arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment time *

    to give the previous patient time to exit and drive down the driveway

  • At this time we can direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross only

  • Yes, I am an RMT in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia (www.cmtbc.ca)goes here

  • Some extended benefits do - since we direct bill to PBC only at this time PLEASE CALL PBC to find out if your plan requires this.

  • If you are with a different extended benefits provider than Pacific Blue Cross, you will be able to submit your invoice to extended medical on your own, with the information provided on your invoice, at the end of your treatment

  • At this time we do not accept ICBC or WCB claims

  • Debit is the preferred method of payment as we are a small business.

    If you choose to pay with credit card it must be your own card used and ID will be checked at the time of use.
