Communicable Disease Plan

In addition to requiring masks be worn during treatment and at the clinic we have the following Plan

1. Two days before your appointment you will be emailed a COVID19 screening questionnaire and Intake form. This is required to be filled out 24 hours before your appointment. You can find this via email. Thank you for taking the time to do this.

2. Please do not enter the clinic if you show any signs of communicable disease (cold or flu like symptoms); instead you should stay at home and not seek massage until you are symptom free.

3. Due to immune compromised patients and family members **masks will be, and continue to be, mandatory** for both patient and therapist in all areas of the clinic and during your treatment.

4. The waiting area is closed. Please arrive only a few minutes early for your appointment. The therapist will meet you at the entrance prior to your appointment

5. All patients and therapists will continue to wash their hands at arrival and practice proper hand hygiene. Hand sanitizer is provided at the entry of the clinic. Patients who prefer soap and water can use the public washroom to wash their hands.

6. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols will continue throughout the clinic
